  Select an Exchange or Refund

  Choose a new pair of frames of equal value for an immediate exchange, or request a full refund to your original payment method.

  Professional Adjustment

  If you choose an exchange, our on-site lab will process your new prescription quickly and provide a custom fitting to ensure your new pair is perfect.
